Car accidents with fatal outcomes are tragic. Speeding, alcohol, distractions, weather conditions are just a few of the reasons why accidents happen.
Speeding is not only when the driver goes extremely over the speed limit. It can only take 5-10 mph that can make a difference and lead to a crash. The driver may lose control over the vehicle and end up crashing into another car or object.
